Making sense of it all 6 months in

In March of this year, the UK was put in a national lock-down as part of attempts to control Covid-19.

In the weeks and months that followed, every part of the economy and society responded in different ways – not only in support of each other, but also in trying to ‘keep themselves afloat’ in the storm that we all found ourselves trying to navigate in different boats.

Since that time, Adrian Ashton has been supporting policy, local groups, sector bodies, businesses, academic institutions, and others, from different parts of the country and in all sectors, to work out what they should be doing (and how).

In this free white paper, he’s paused to reflect on these experiences. Charting the waves of impact and shock for different types of organisations, Adrian has drawn out some key learning that he hopes will not only be of encouragement, but also help others in their own reflections as they start to think about what they should do next.

Want to know more about Adrian?

Adrian works in a freelance capacity, using enterprise approaches to support organisations of all types to overcome challenges and realise ambitions.
No stranger to dealing with ‘disaster’, his family (and business) was made homeless in the boxing day floods of 2015 – his responses to this both personally and professionally led him to be recognised as having expert insight into business recovery (both in terms of individual business, as well as business communities).

He’s often been described by clients as taking unconventional approaches (highlighted by the Instagram hashtag #notyourtypicalconsultant), and you can find our more about him using the social media links below.
